1994, CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company Limited (Dloco) Technology center
was authorized as "State-Level Technology Center"
by the state.
Research capacity: Absorbing
advanced ideas and successful experience from both home and
abroad, our technology center trys to standardizing and modularizing
locomotives and key parts, select quality of parts to develop
locomotives within half years even less. We've got strong technology
forces: diesel engine has two series, 240 and 280; the power
of internal combustion engines ranges from 175kw to 4400kw;
electric locomotive ranges from 3200kw to 6600kw; different
gauges of 914, 1000, 1067, 1435,1520, and 1676. Our locomotives
are used for delivering passengers and cargoes, speeds range
from 80km to 200km. There are internal combustion engines, electric
locomotives and orbit vehicles provided for your selection.
Research machines and capacity:
We used to make six technology reformations
in huge scales and our company is one of important base for
researching internal combustion engines, electric locomotives
and orbit vehicles. We've got more than 4,000 leading equipments
and our production scale is in a leading position in the world.
We have 401 refined large-sized equipments and 86 imported equipments.
In our technology center, there are over 270 modern inspection
instruments such as spectrum, atom absorption, infrared carbon
sulfur, universal metallographic microscope, and three-coordinates
measuring instruments. A 8,790m2 of technology center building
and a 4,500m2 of testing base equipped with leading soft and
hard facilities. Our technology center is one of leading center
in this field. Our equipments are refined, measuring instruments
are perfect. |
