The Works also established a State-level Technology Development Center and a Postdoctoral Scientific Research Institute. Salary & Welfare
  Completely implementation of Post Performance Payment System
A a professional technician may earn ¥15000~80000 pay a year.
An expert or a best employee will be granted a subsidy of ¥2400~60000/year.
Subsidy for settling down of a new employee is
¥5000 for bachelor degree
¥10000 for master degree
¥20000 for doctor degree
Besides housing accumulation fund and capitalized housing subsidy system, an employee with at least undergraduate education will be granted an extra housing subsidy of ¥100~200/month.
A technician working at the grass-roots level has a subsidy of ¥100~200.
The Works established four dormitory buidlings for single employees.
Personnel policy of the Works is a sort of policy of recruiting and cultivating talents, so that out employees are able to grow up together with the Works.
Every year, we designate and support the best management or scientific personnel to study for master or doctor degree.

Postdoctoral Scientific Research Institute
 
  
To train eligible scientific and management personnel for further development of the Works in the new era, certified by State Ministry of Personnel, we established Postdoctorial Scientific Research Institute in December 1999. It indicates that we have made great achievement on personnel recruit and researching.
  As the largest locomotive manufacturer in China, CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company Limited (Dloco), which is well equipped with first rank manufacture machinery,
technology and large quantity intermediate and senior technicians, is capable of directing various research tasks. There are abundant research fund and favorable working and living conditions for research staff.
  CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company Limited (Dloco) Postdoctorial Scientific Research Institute, in conformity with state regulations on postdoctor, will conduct research work under the leadership of National Postdocotrial Administration Committee and Personnel Administrations.
