development of the Works and more perfect product after sale service,
CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company Limited (Dloco) has set up Product After
Service Department in September 1997 to exercise a series of services
like outer service, fittings supply, personnel training and technical
support. The department has formed an extensive service network
throughout the state. Product After Service Department is responsible
to offer best after sale service; examine, analyze and transact
the quality problem of products; collect, arrange and feedback quality
information and train railway system personnel.
Product After Service Department has over twenty service stations
in Harbin, Shenyang, Beijing, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Jinan, Shanghai,
Nanchang, Chengdu, Liuzhou, Huhhot, Lanzhou and Urumchi railway
administrations. Each station has professional staff specialized
in the fields of diesel electric locomotive, electric motor and
appliance and diesel engine. Taking customers' satisfaction as after
service principle of the Works, we will strive hard to offer you
the best. We offer 24 hours service a day and find best solution
for quality problems of various locomotives timely and effectively.
If a locomotive
has quality problem, we will make reply within 48 hours after we received
information from purchasers and offer repair service within 72 hours.
During quality guarantee period, we promise to repair or replace
machinery parts that cannot function normally by reason of the poor
quality parts we offered free of charge.
Products After Service Department has set up quality information
feedback network to intensify the information communication between
the Works and customers and grasp the trend of product timely and
accurately.
To accomplish training assignment very well, Products After Service
Department has overall teaching facilities and qualified and experienced
teachers who have senior or intermediate professional titles on locomotives
design and manufacture.
To enhance the instruction efficiency and intensify object and visualized
teaching means, we have set up diesel engine lab, electric control
lab, pneumatic braking lab, locomotive parts showroom and locomotive
simulating driving lab. Synchronized audio equipment and large-sized
screen display in locomotive simulating driving lab combine locomotive
theory and practical operation as one perfectly.
